I would say most of the time, my designs are pretty cute.
Well, at least I think so.
When I get an idea for a dress or really anything crafty. I let it "brew".
Even though, I thought this up a while ago, this design just didn't turn out.
I would call it the ballet dress, if it turned out like I had hoped.
Seem's pretty cute right??
Nope.
She agrees with me.
She liked it when I first put it on her, then it went south.

I think it can be great, with a few alterations.
I'd re-do the skirt and make it poofier - try a wider skirt with more gathering to make it more tu-tuish. I'd also add a lining to the skirt - maybe just have the bodice continue down under the tulle.
