This is an outfit I have had for a while. I love the random stars.
The only thing that got me, was the fact the outfit was a romper for a 2 year old.
I just didn't look that good.

I did add some white quilting cotton again. Just to make another ruffle.

It didn't really turn out how cute I thought it would, but I still like it.
